Subacute Rehabilitation

In 1995, Westview expanded to include a state-of-the-art Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. This is an intensive, short-term inpatient program dedicated to helping patients of all ages attain their highest level of health and independence following a serious illness, injury or surgery.

Subacute rehabilitation services are delivered by a strong interdisciplinary team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nutritionists, nursing staff and physician consultants from our health care network who specialize in Westview's areas of care. Members of the team work in collaboration with patients and their families to shape, coordinate and implement each step toward an aggressive recovery. Our interdisciplinary approach enables us to assist patients recovering from numerous conditions. Westview's specialty areas include, but are not limited to:

Phuong Nilo

Director of Therapies

Phuong has been providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings since 1995. Her main areas of concentration are orthopedic, CVA, chronic illness and sports and performing arts-related injuries. Cindy Olsen

Director of Nursing

Cindy has been employed at Westview for 45 years. As the Director of Nursing, her primary responsibilities involve the organization, evaluation and direction of the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department. Her role, in conjunction with the Administrator and the Medical Director, is to ensure that the highest quality care is maintained within the facility at all times.
